Refund policy
Our 14-day return policy provides that, after receiving an item, you have 14 days to request a return.
To be eligible for return, the item must be in the same condition in which you received it, must not have been worn or used, must have all the tags and must be contained in the original packaging. In addition, you will need the receipt or a proof of purchase.

If the return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to ship the package. Items sent without a previous return request will not be accepted.

Damage and problems Inspect the order upon receipt and contact us immediately in case of defects or damage or if you have received the wrong item. In this way, we can evaluate the problem and make sure to solve it.
Exceptions / non-returnable items Certain types of items cannot be returned as well as custom-made products (e.g. special orders or personalised items). If you have any questions or concerns about a specific article, do not hesitate to contact us.
Unfortunately we cannot accept the return of promotional items or gift vouchers.
Cancellation There is the possibility to cancel the order until it has not yet been processed. Since the order has been processed, you will have to proceed with the return procedure once you receive the order.
Replacements The fastest way to ensure that you receive what you want is to return the item you received and, when the return has been accepted, purchase the new item separately.
Right of withdrawal for European Union customers If the goods are shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return the order within 14 days of delivery of the last item of the order, for any reason and without having to provide any justification. The deadline is automatically extended if it expires during a weekend or a holiday.
You can exercise the right of withdrawal even before shipping, until the order has been processed.

In case of cancellation, we will refund the price of the product and the original standard shipping costs. The shipping costs for the return of the item are the responsibility of the customer, unless otherwise stated.
International customers (non-EU) For orders shipped outside the European Union, the general return conditions described in this policy apply. International customers are responsible for shipping costs for returning items, as well as any customs duties or taxes applicable in the destination country. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs.
Refunds As soon as we have received and inspected your return, we will notify you to let you know if the refund has been approved or not. In case of approval, within 10 working days you will automatically receive the refund through the original payment method. It may take some time for the bank or credit card company to process and visualise the refund.
